What is your core business?

We build current conductors, current connectors, earthing cables, lamella strips made of copper for traffic engineering, for transformer manufacturers, wind turbine manufacturers and the energy industry. We turn and mill housings, contact bushes, core rods made of aluminum and brass.

What materials do you use to manufacture connectors?

We mainly use non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass and aluminum to manufacture our connectors. These materials offer excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical stability, making them ideal for demanding industrial applications.

Do you offer customized solutions?

Yes, we offer customized solutions that are tailored to your specificrequirements. Our experts work closely with you to develop products that meet your needs in terms of dimensions, material selection and connection types.

How quickly can you deliver custom products?

Thanks to our modern CNC production, we are able to deliver customized products in both small and large series at short notice. The exact delivery time depends on the complexity of the requirement, but we can usually deliver within a few weeks.

What certifications do your products meet?

Our products comply with the usual industrial standards, such as DIN EN ISO 8205-2. In addition, we carry out regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet the highest standards.

What types of cooling systems do you offer for secondary connection cables?

We offer both water-cooled and air-cooled secondary connection cables. Water-cooled cables are ideal for applications with high heat loads, while air-cooled cables are a cost-effective solution for less extreme conditions.

Can you also produce small order quantities?

Yes, we can produce both small and large series. Regardless of the order quantity, we guarantee a consistently high quality of our products.

What types of connections do you offer for round and flat stranded conductors?

We offer various types of connection, including standardized tube, crimp or crimp-type cable lugs that are pressed under high pressure without the need for soldering. In addition, the cable ends can be welded, perforated or tinned on request.

Can your products be used in extreme environments?

Yes, our products are designed to work reliably even in extreme environments. Thanks to high-quality materials and precise manufacturing, they are resistant to high temperatures, vibrations and other challenging conditions.

Do you offer technical support in choosing products?

Of course! Our technical team is always available to help you choose the right product. We provide comprehensive advice to ensure that you get the best solution for your specific requirements.
